The awards highlight companies across Eastern Europe, Eurasia, MENA and Africa who have gained public trust and driven industries forward through their contributions to workplace culture, innovation, responsible corporate citizenship, and strong business performance.

The 2026 IntelliNews Reputation Leaders Awards will be presented in four categories during the year:

• Employer of the Year
• Innovator of the Year
• Corporate Citizen of the Year
• Business Performer of the Year

Candidates will be identified through nominations submitted free of charge on the bne IntelliNews website, as well as through independent research carried out by bne IntelliNews and its partners. Companies will be evaluated based on submitted and publicly available information pertaining to the preceding 12 months, including corporate disclosures and communications, trade and professional association activity, media and analyst coverage, and social media perception.

The winners will be selected by the bne IntelliNews editorial board and expert contributors from a longlist of nominees across each category. Subscribers to bne IntelliNews will be able to have an impact on the selection process through a vote on the longlist of nominees.

In the future, the awards may also recognise business leaders in addition to companies, including founders, executives, managers, and influential industry voices.
