The company's ownership has been transferred to its current Chief Executive Officer, a trusted executive within the international Danone Group, marking a transition to domestic private ownership whilst ensuring complete operational stability.

Danone Dairy Pars has emphasised that the ownership restructure will have no impact on its day-to-day operations, brand portfolio, or stakeholder relationships. The company confirmed that all aspects of its business remain unchanged, including:

• Brand management and development
• Production quality and manufacturing standards
• Product distribution and supply chains
• Workforce composition and employment security
• Commercial partnerships and collaborations

The transfer represents an administrative change only, with Danone Dairy Pars reaffirming its commitment to transparency, stability, and corporate responsibility throughout the transition.

Building on more than 20 years of continuous operations in Iran, the company has pledged to maintain uninterrupted business activities whilst upholding the quality standards and consumer commitment that have defined its market presence.
