Dar Global (DAR) announced the launch of Trump Plaza Jeddah, valued at over $1bn (SAR3.75bn), marking its third collaboration with the Trump Organization in Saudi Arabia, the company said in a statement on January 12.

The development, located within the Amaya project along King Abdulaziz Road, comprises fully furnished one, two and three-bedroom Trump Executive Residences, premium two, three and four-bedroom Trump Park Residences, and exclusive four-bedroom Trump Townhouses.

"Expanding our presence in Saudi Arabia with Trump Plaza Jeddah underscores our commitment to world-class quality and iconic design," said Eric Trump, executive vice president of the Trump Organization. "This project reflects the strength of our relationship with Dar Global and our confidence in Jeddah as a dynamic, globally relevant city."

The project includes home offices, retail spaces and dining venues, with optional rental management services for international owners. The development features the 4,000 square metre Vitality Club, offering golf simulators, a spa, sports medicine and recovery facilities, swimming pools, dining and wellness spaces.

Retail and dining offerings include Trump Grill, Trump Daily, an artisan bakery and a fitness pro shop, according to the statement.

"The launch of Trump Plaza Jeddah represents a major milestone in our Saudi portfolio," said Ziad El Chaar, chief executive of Dar Global. "This is not a single-use development, but a carefully curated urban ecosystem designed for global residents who want to live, work and connect within the best address in Jeddah."

The project is located at the heart of the 1mn square metre Amaya development. Dar Global said the development reflects Saudi Arabia's growing prominence as a global real estate destination, supported by foreign-ownership incentives, a 0% capital gains tax and infrastructure investment.

Dar Global launched Trump Tower Jeddah in December 2024. The company announced on January 11 the Rayyana project in Diriyah, valued at $10bn. El Chaar said the company has future plans to launch a second project with the Trump Organization in Riyadh.

The total portfolio size of Dar Global reached $23bn before the new expansion, with around 45% concentrated within Saudi Arabia. The company's local portfolio stands at approximately $10bn since entering the market in December 2024.
